This model of human IgG1 was created by combining Brookhaven X-ray coordinate files for the antibody Fc ( 1fc2.pdb ) and F(ab') ( 2ig2.pdb ) fragments, where the latter coordinates were symmetrically rotated to generate the bivalent F(ab')2 arms ( bio2ig2.pdb ).
